Punctuality
For a safe and enjoyable class for all, we have a firm no lateness policy: we can’t let you in once the class has started. However we will be happy to book you in the next class if we have a free spot !

Cleanliness
Socks are mandatory in both group and private classes. If you have forgotten them, no worries! We have a very pretty selection available at the studio.

Security and comfort
Cell phones are only allowed in flight mode during class. Wait for the end of the class and the glow that goes with it for selfies :)We also recommend that you avoid wearing zippers as they might make some of the moves uncomfortable on the equipment.
