Newbie

This class is perfect for those of you who want to discover the method and the specific techniques used to target all the different muscle groups that are activated in Pilates. Newbie gives you the confidence to use the Tower or Reformer equipments. It is a full-body workout with or without accessories (weights, elastics, etc.) tailored for beginners, but can also appeal to more advanced students who want to work on improving their techniques.
Barre & Stretch
All levels.
Barre and Stretch is for students who are looking for a deep relaxing workout to improve posture and flexibility. The workout exercises are inspired by floor barre and ballet, leaving you feeling stretched and relaxed.
Flow
Intermediate level.
The best of Pilates all in one class: energizing, engaging, intense. It is perfect if you are looking to tone and sculpt. More intense than “Newbie”, it is for students who already have a knowledge base of Pilates and is the ideal workout for those of you looking to discover more technical exercises (coordination, inversion, etc.).
Bootie Reformer
Intermediate level.
Bootie Reformer is a Reformer class inspired by dance moves. In this class, you will work both on strengthening and lengthening to stretch and tone your whole body, and more specifically the glutes and legs. A low impact workout, this class is open to all (men and women) looking for a more targeted Pilates practice to improve their lower body strength and lift that booty 🙂
Bootie Barre
Intermediate level.
Bootie Barre is a Tower class inspired by dance moves to work the whole body and more specifically the glutes and legs. The exercices are created to strengthen and lengthen every muscles for a toned and lean silhouette.
Upper Body
Intermediate level.
In this class, you will work on your upper body to improve your posture and strengthen your arms, shoulders and back. Whether you sit at a desk for long hours every day, suffer from back pain or simply want to tone your arms this class was designed for you. Let’s get strong!!
Intense
Advanced level.
This is the class to test your physical strength. A faster pace class than “Flow” with a focus on transitions, Intense is for students looking to out do themselves. A challenging class with no time to waste.
Jump Baby Jump
Advanced level.
A jumpboard class for a cardio workout focusing on synchronising movements, Jump Baby Jump sculpts both the upper and lower body. If you are looking to break a sweat, boost your endorphins and are in need of a different kind of workout, this has your name all over it.
Killer Tower
Advanced level.
Our most advanced Tower class for students who want an even more intense workout, but also work on their stamina and break a sweat. With a circuit-training approach you will work the entire body, boost your blood flow and definitely feel it the next day. You’ll thank us later 🙂
